We love all of it, from the first meeting at the front of the hotel, they took the car and the luggage, a beautiful welcome drink and wowed by the interiors and exteriors, the staff were off the scale fabulous, super friendly and super efficient, remembering everyone's little preferences, they even without question sorted our parking ticket out for us which the previous hotel had refused, our room was so gorgeous even though we were only standard double, so much thought has gone into creating the atmosphere, The pools and gardens were stunning and easy to get into the sea, our favourite hotel indeed.

The hotel is a beautiful oasis with high quality services. the weather was absolutely terrible, with rain and wind so choosing this hotel was a blast. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions we couldn't use the pool or the spaces outdoor, which are amazing by the way. The indoor was cosy and welcoming, so we spend a lot of time having drinks, playing chess, having dinner. The spa is good choice as well, also the facial treatments. Room was large, clean, comfy beds and sheets. Parking is welcomed. The outdoor park is beautiful. Staff was accommodating and kind. Breakfast was tasty.

Breakfast was very good, they make fresh cookies every day. The sea is very clear and close. The beach is small but that is ok. It gets bigger just 100m away. Roomservice twice a day. Patrizia gave us great informations about the attractions und where to go, thanks a lot for that, it was very helpful.
